- Furnishing & Styling: On request — Rooms designed, sourced, received at our warehouse and installed in full. Quoted on the number of rooms and what goes into them.
- Construction & Renovation Design: From $125,000 — Kitchens, primary suites and whole-house remodels, or a new build specified alongside your architect. Total project cost.
- Custom Home with Furnishings: From $1.5M — The whole of it — interior architecture and every room furnished, handed over finished. Total project cost.

A retainer books a place in the calendar and is credited against the final invoice.
