How will we communicate?

We're available during our business hours Monday - Friday 9am-7pm. Most projects involve multiple forms of communication like emails, phone calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person meetings. We ask that clients refrain from using text messages.

How do I make sure my home feels like me?

You'll be sharing a lot of information with us about you, your family, and the way you like to live through questionnaires, meetings, and brainstorming sessions early in the design process. This allows us to present a design concept that's one of a kind and feels uniquely your own.

What is the retainer for?

We take on a limited number of projects each year in order to give each of our projects the time and attention they deserve. Your retainer books you into our calendar and safeguards our bandwidth for your project.

What if I don’t see a service for my needs?

Let's talk more during a Discovery Call, we may be able to help develop a customized package of services that will help you accomplish your goals.

How do you determine design fees?

We determine our design fees based on the scope of the project. A simple furniture & accessories refresh is going to require a different fee structure than building a new home or a complete renovation. Once we discuss the scope of your project on our Discovery Call, we will best determine the fees.

Do you give discounts?

One of the benefits of using H&H is that we are able to pass along discounts on furniture where applicable. We have dozens of furniture lines we use and our clients will not pay retail pricing on those lines.

How much time will I need to commit to the process?

Time commitment is completely dependent on the scope of the project. During our discovery call, we will gather more information to gain a better sense of how much time is necessary to commit to your project.

Will you help me find a contractor?

If you do not already have a contractor or builder you love, H&H will be able to make recommendations for contractors we have used in the past and know our process. We are also happy to work with any contractor or builder you may have used previously.
