These are total project costs, not our design fee. Design fees are scope-based and quoted after the Discovery Call. A retainer books your place in the calendar and is credited against the final invoice.

Thirty minutes, by phone, no charge. We ask about the house, who lives in it and what you want back from it. If we are not the right studio for the project, we will say so on the call rather than in a proposal three weeks later.
